“Monte Dois Pinheiros” - Vale de Água - Portugal.

- Located in the area of Vale de Água, in the Santiago do Cacém municipality, it’s situated in quite a rural setting, despite being just a 5 minute walk away from the centre of the village. It’s 19 km away from the village of Cercal do Alentejo, 10 km away from the Campilhas dam, 22 km away from Porto Covo beaches, and 30 km away from Vila Nova de Milfontes.

- The property is a rectangular and level piece of land, with about 12.500 m2. It has several fruit bearing trees and olive trees. A drilled hole and a well provide plenty of water for the whole area.

- The house has a total of 210 m2, including:

- It has power and water supplied by the public distribution network, and all electrical, water and sewage piping has been replaced. Sewage is dealt with via an underground deposit.

- The house is completely equipped, furnished and decorated, with many pieces restored or recycled by the owners, combining “alentejano” rural feel with contemporary style, with an emphasis on comfort. Some of the furniture and objects from before the restoration of the house have been kept, as a memento of it’s previous life
